Help us name our two new dealerships; both opening before the end of the year. We are looking for a professional and easily brandable name for each location. 1. TO PARTICIPATE

1.1. To enter this contest, you must complete the entry form on this page. Please include your suggested names for one or both of the dealerships and your contact information in the event you win. Suggested names should be consistent with typical dealership naming conventions and are subject to approval by the Dealership Principle(s), Toyota Canada and/or Lexus Canada.

1.2. No purchase is necessary.

1.3. Eligibility: This contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their Province of residence. This contest is also open to employees and associates of the dealership group.

1.4. Contest period: This contest starts on 1st February 2010 and will run until both dealership's names have been successfully chosen.

1.5. You may enter as many suggestions as you wish - there is no limit to entries on this contest.

2. HOW TO WIN

2.1. In order to win one of the $500 prizes, your submitted name must have been selected and approved by the Dealership Principle. In the event that two or more people suggest the same dealership name, winning entries will be put into a hat and the first entry drawn will become the winner.

2.2. There are TWO $500 prizes. One for the new Calgary Toyota Dealership, and one for the new Edmonton Lexus Dealership. It is possible for the same individual to win BOTH.

2.3. The prize(s) will be awarded once the dealership names are legally registered and approved in Canada.

3. GENERAL CONTEST RULES

3.1. All judging decisions are final and binding on all entrants.

3.2. The dealership group are not responsible for entries lost due to technical errors or otherwise.

3.3. The dealership group reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this contest, at its sole discretion for any reason without prior notice to participants. This contest is made in good faith and we would like to offer residents of Canada the opportunity to help us name our new dealerships.

3.4. Please submit only sensible and professional names that can be easily branded by the Dealership Group. While silly, humourous or other non-appropriate names may give us a brief laugh, they will not be eligible for the prize(s)! Also, to your knowledge, suggested names should not already exist as a registered business or trading name in Canada.

3.5. All serious entries may be considered, and winning names are subject to legal approval by all appropriate party(s).

3.6. This contest is run by 100931 Alberta Ltd, whose dealerships already consist of Country Hills Toyota and Mayfield Toyota.
